Services

Anchor Point Local provides Google Business Profile management, optimization, local visibility reporting, audits, consulting, and related local marketing services.

The specific services provided to a client may depend on the service or package purchased and any written agreement, proposal, invoice, or scope of work provided by Anchor Point Local.

Free Audits

Anchor Point Local may offer free Google Business Profile audits or other evaluations to prospective clients.

A free audit is provided for informational purposes and does not require the recipient to purchase services.

Audit findings, rankings, recommendations, and other information may change over time as Google, competitors, search results, and business information change.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and any access, permissions, approvals, materials, or other information reasonably necessary for Anchor Point Local to perform the purchased services.

Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of their business information, compliance with applicable laws, and compliance with the policies of platforms they use, including Google.

Google and Third-Party Platforms

Anchor Point Local is an independent business and is not Google, affiliated with Google, or endorsed by Google.

Our services may involve Google Business Profile and other third-party platforms and software. Those platforms operate under their own policies and may change their features, algorithms, rankings, requirements, or availability at any time.

Anchor Point Local does not control these third-party platforms.

No Guarantee of Rankings or Results

Anchor Point Local works to improve and manage clients’ local online presence, but no specific Google ranking, number of calls, leads, website visits, customers, revenue, or other business result is guaranteed.

Local search results can be affected by many factors outside Anchor Point Local’s control, including location, competition, Google’s systems, customer behavior, and changes made by third-party platforms.

Fees and Payment

Prices and payment terms will be disclosed before paid services begin and may be included on an invoice, checkout page, proposal, or service agreement.

Clients agree to pay applicable charges according to the terms presented when purchasing services.

For recurring services, charges may continue according to the agreed billing schedule until the service is canceled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refund eligibility are governed by Anchor Point Local’s Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is available on our website.

Intellectual Property

Anchor Point Local retains ownership of its original reports, templates, processes, written materials, graphics, and other proprietary materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their own business information, logos, photographs, and other materials they provide to Anchor Point Local.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Anchor Point Local will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, including losses resulting from changes made by Google or other third-party platforms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to Services or Terms

Anchor Point Local may update these Terms of Service as our services or business practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.

Changes will not retroactively alter payment or service obligations already agreed to unless permitted by the applicable agreement or law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
